(3) Any travel or lodging per diem must be approved in advance by the client agency and will be billed at actual cost within State of Texas guidelines. |

Should a client ever have difficulty with a CCS consultant, simply call our offices and inform us. We will make our best effort to work out the issue with the employee. If the situation remains unsatisfactory and CCS is notified, CCS will replace the consultant with another to the client’s complete satisfaction within 90 days or the contract is void. All documentation developed by consultants in support of their work at a client's site belongs solely to the client.
